DA 700 VIBRATOR MOTOR
A Vibrator Motor (or Vibratory Engine) is a mechanical device designed to generate strong centrifugal force vibrations through the rotation of unbalanced weights mounted at both ends of the motor shaft. These vibrations are the driving mechanism behind various industrial applications that require controlled motion, material flow, or compaction.
The magnitude of the centrifugal force can be precisely adjusted by changing the position or angle of the unbalanced weights when the motor is in a stationary state. This flexibility allows operators to fine-tune the vibration intensity according to specific application requirements, ensuring optimum performance and process efficiency.
When used as a single motor unit, it produces circular or elliptical vibrations, suitable for screening, feeding, or conveying operations. However, when two motors are installed in opposite directions, they generate linear vibrations, ideal for applications requiring straight-line motion such as compacting, material testing, or directional feeding.
With their robust design, adjustable vibration output, and reliable performance, our Vibrator Motors offer versatile solutions for a wide range of industrial processes—ensuring efficiency, precision, and long-term durability.
